ATFS Rewards Program

ATFS Learning Center rewards the kids for their achievements and performances. Children at ATFS are enrolled for either the After School Program, Remote Learning or the Accelerated Learning Programs. Children enrolled in any of these programs for 6 months continuously qualify for the Rewards Program. We follow a Semester System and children need to be enrolled for the whole semester. Topics for each semester are decided in the beginning of the semester. All topics selected are included in the 6 month program and children are assigned custom workbooks. Completion of these workbooks make them qualify for a reward in that topic. A child is awarded a medal and a certificate for each completed topic based on the criteria specified on our website. For details on how this works, please visit our website : Rewards Program...

ATFS is Growing

ATFS Learning Center started in a small room on a single table. Since then it has evolved from a tutoring service to a learning center of various environments. Afterschool Learning, Accelerated Learning, Remote Learning and Summer Camps are just a few. We have grown as needed in space and in number. You have asked for it and we have always fulfilled it. It has been a pleasure so far and we hope to continue doing it. Here we are again in need of more space. We are moving in July to another facility in Shrewsbury itself. With it will come a separate parking, more programs and the same personalized service. For details please check our website: Contact us...

Math Puzzles

Congratulations to Neha Sharma and Sanjay Shah for getting the correct answer to last months Math puzzle. This months puzzles are as below. Please send your answers to gauri@atfsonline.com

Puzzle 1: How can you make 100 by just using four 9's?

Puzzle 2: You are traveling through a difficult country, taking with you a wolf, a goat and a cabbage. All during the trip, the wolf wants to eat the goat and the goat wants to eat the cabbage, and you have to be careful to prevent either calamity. You come to a river and find a boat which can take you across, but it is so small that you can take only one passenger at a time - either the wolf, or the goat, or the cabbage (along with yourself). So, how can you get them all across the river?

Answer to the last months puzzle:

Ask to see a sample from the box labeled MIXTURE, because you know it isn't one. If it's gold, that box must be full of gold; take it. If the sample is of iron, then take the box labeled IRON, because you know the gold is in neither the GOLD nor the MIXTURE.
