Focus

This program is offered to children of Elementary, Middle and High school. It is designed in a manner to encourage children to spend their after school hours in a productive academic way. Every effort is made to create a peaceful, homey environment where children feel comfortable to complete their school homework in an organized fashion. Staff is available to assist those who require help in completing it. Children are encouraged to submit their school homework and have it corrected by the available staff members. In addition children have an opportunity  to work on additional Math, Science and English worksheets. Their extra work is also corrected and monitored by the staff.

 Grades

Grades K
Focus: ATFS work plan including Math workbooks,  Reading, handwriting, spelling.
Activities like craft, reading, games, drawing
Group size: 10 - 15 children
Times: Monday to Friday: 12 - 3 (subject to change) or 3 - 6.
Fee: $320.00 per month per slot.

Grades 1, 2, 3 & 4
Focus: Homework completion, test preparation, ATFS work plan including Math workbooks, Cursive writing, Reading Comprehension and Science workbooks.
Activities like craft, reading, games, drawing
Group size: 8 - 10 children
Times: Monday to Friday: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Fee: $265.00 per month.

Grades 5, 6, 7 and 8
Focus: Homework completion, test preparation, ATFS work plan including Math workbook, Cursive writing, Reading Comprehension and Science workbooks.

Group size: 8 - 10 children
Times: Monday to Friday: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Fee: $315.00 per month.

Grades 9,10,11 and 12
Homework help
Fee: $435.00

 Program Details - 2008-2009

Times :
 Monday through Friday 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 Snack:
 10 minute snack break as needed when the child arrives. Another 15 min break at 5:15.

Drop off and pick up:
Parents are responsible for making arrangements for drop off and pick up. Shrewsbury children can take the school bus. May arrange private bus with Precious cargo 508 832 8412 or shuttle Bug 508 624 6548

 Progress Reports:
 Each completed book comes home with assessment and score.

 Attendance:
Any planned vacation or days off must be communicated to us at the beginning of the month.
 Any unscheduled day off must be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance. No prorating or make up class is available for this program.

 Payment & Fees

A registration fee of $20.00 will be required at the time of registration. Invoices are given out each month in time for the payments. Non Refundable checks (payable to ATFS) will be due on the 1st of each month. The first payment is due at the time of enrollment. For all other payments a late charge of $5 will be imposed on any payments made after the 5th of each month and before the 10th; $10.00 for payments made between 11th and 20th; $20.00 for payments made between 21st and 31st. No refunds will be given for drop outs. Monthly fee is not prorated for vacations or holidays.
The fee listed is if your child starts in September. Late admissions will have different fee structure.
