KG Math Curriculum

KG students are assigned a Math unit each month. KG is a fun age an ATFS gives them the materials and the flexibility to learn at their own pace. The table below lists the units for each month. Children at this age have the flexibility to complete workbooks at a comfortable pace. They are expected to a page a day.

At the end of the month a test will be arranged for all children

 1st grade Curriculum

Level A curriculum is offered to students enrolled in all ATFS programs. Fast track options may be available for certain programs and math topics selection forms are offered for those who choose to defined their own custom pace and path. Please see program details to understand the process.

Level 1

Grade 2 and 3 students are assigned a Math unit each month. ATFS gives the students, materials and the flexibility to learn at their own pace. The table below lists the units for each month. Each workbook is a collection of worksheets that explain concepts as well as gives the child enough practice on the unit. A due date is listed on the bound workbook and children are expected to complete at least 2 pages a day. All pages in the workbook must be completed for full credit. Extension to the due date may be taken if needed. If all units are not completed in a 10 month period, summer months may be utilized to catch up. If all units are completed at a faster pace, additional topics may be selected.

At the end of the month a test will be arranged for all children.
